The mystery of food and wine pairing will be lifted with hands-on preparation of simple combinations of homemade snacks and widely available wine suggestions to suit all budgets. Classes will show how cheese, chocolate, white and red meat influence the taste of wine and how our taste palate reacts to different combinations. This class will get you ready to successfully host your next party.

Class will be conducted via Zoom. 8 students minimum. Age 21 and over (valid Photo ID needs to be sent with application)
